There are two different things people call a “UDISE report card”: the public information about a school, and the reports a school can view after logging in.
Public school information (no login)
The official Know Your School, UDISE+ school search page shows each school’s UDISE code, category, management, location, medium of instruction and facilities, such as toilets, drinking water, library, computer room and internet. Choose the state, district and block, then open the school. The page states which academic year its data is from.
Reports for schools and officials (login needed)
UDISE+ produces school report cards and district and state reports from the submitted data. Schools and education officers can view these through their UDISE+ login. Where they appear in the menu can change between years, so if you cannot find it, ask your block MIS coordinator.
